Kristy-Lee Smith

Kristy-Lee is an experienced commercial and tax lawyer, practicing since 2017 in some of Perth’s top tier accounting firms, law firms and in-house within the resources and energy sectors. She commenced her career as an international tax lawyer specialising in cross border transactions and global structuring. She now channels that knowledge managing M&A transactions and mitigating risk for Australian clients, particular those who engage in cross-border activities.

Kristy-Lee has extensive experience in:

• M&A transactions, including complex and high value transactions;
• Structuring to maximise asset and income protection, and risk mitigation;
• Business succession planning for high net wealth family groups and business owners;
