Brooke Curley

Brooke is an Associate in the Family Law team, with experience in complex parenting and property matters.

Admitted to practice in Western Australia in February 2025, Brooke has worked in the legal profession for more than five years, across both family law and her earlier experience in personal injury law.

Her family law experience includes complex property and parenting matters, including matters involving significant and complex asset pools exceeding $750 million. She assists clients in navigating complex financial and parenting issues, with a practical and considered approach focused on achieving commercially sensible outcomes.

Brooke works closely with the firm’s commercial, tax and insolvency teams where matters involve businesses, trusts, complex asset structures or financial issues requiring specialist advice. This multidisciplinary approach enables her to consider the broader legal and financial circumstances of a client’s matter and work collaboratively towards a holistic outcome.

Brooke is committed to contributing to the broader legal profession and access to justice. She is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia’s Young Lawyers Committee and Access to Justice Committee, as well as the Family Law Practitioners Association of Western Australia and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
