Hugo Michea-Palmer

Hugo was admitted to legal practice in Western Australia in 2023. He has experience in various practices of law, including corporate and commercial, litigation and dispute resolution, insolvency and restructuring, banking and finance, and mining law. Hugo has worked with a diverse range of clients and matters, having experience with local and international matters. Hugo is fluent in both English and French.

Hugo’s current areas of practice:

• Bankruptcy and personal insolvency matters;
• Other insolvency related matters such as winding up applications, voidable transaction claims, etc;
• Insolvency litigation;
• Post appointment work relating to liquidations and bankruptcies;
• Advising insolvency accountants on legal issues;
• Debt settlement negotiations with secured and unsecured creditors;
• General commercial contract drafting and review; and
• Intra corporate disputes between directors and shareholders.
