Faraz Rehman

Faraz was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2019.

Faraz has experience across private practice and international firm environments advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, governance and negotiating commercial agreements. He supports both buyers and sellers in mid-market transactions. In addition to transactional work, Faraz also has experience in acting in complex commercial disputes and estate planning matters.
