Christina Keung

Christina was admitted to legal practice in Western Australia in 2017. With a keen sense for commercial acumen, she has accumulated extensive experience from a number of legal and commercial roles including as an in-house counsel at a well-known international logistics company. Christina was born in Hong Kong (China) and raised in Australia, she is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.

Christina takes instructions in the following areas:

• Negotiating, drafting, and advising on commercial contracts;
• Corporate advisory including on legal-related risk management;
• Structuring and restructuring of companies and trusts;
• Shareholder, unit holder and partnership agreements;
• Loan and securities documentation; and
• Lease review, variation, and extensions.
