Brian Weng

Brian was admitted to legal practice in Western Australia in 2021. Since then, he has accumulated diverse experience at a local commercial law firm, focusing on multiple aspects of commercial law such as contract drafting and review, corporate governance, loan and security, debt recovery, business acquisitions and employment related matters. Coupled with his keen interest in insolvency and restructuring practice, Brian strives to provide pragmatic legal advice that not only safeguards our client’s interest but also helps navigate their businesses towards the most commercially viable outcomes in challenging times.

Brian was born and raised in China and is fluent in Mandarin.
