Agnes Whisenhunt

Agnes has worked globally as a paralegal for more than 8 years, in both hemispheres and across three jurisdictions. She began her career in California assisting debtors with credit repair and debt settlement negotiations, before moving to Georgia where she represented banks and creditors in bankruptcies, asset/debt recovery and foreclosures.

Now in the final semester of her Juris Doctor at the University of Western Australia, Agnes has joined the bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring team to gain a fuller and more complete understanding of the practice area.
