Mitchell's practice area lies in advising businesses and their professional advisors in all aspects of their commercial enterprises. The focus is on assisting with productive solutions and strategies whether they be commercial, practical or legal. By necessity this incorporates all areas of law except for the specialist areas of family law; personal injury law; and criminal law.
