Laura was admitted to legal practice in Western Australia in 2024. Prior to joining Mendelawitz Morton, Laura worked as a commercial and taxation lawyer in the legal practice of a large accounting firm.

Laura’s primary areas of practice include:

• General commercial advisory;
• M&A and corporate commercial transactions;
• Business structuring and restructuring; and
• Taxation advice, including tax disputes and objections.
