
Associate
Yutong is an Associate in the firm’s restructuring, insolvency and dispute team, with experience advising on a broad range of corporate restructuring and turnaround matters across mining, resources, financial services and cross-border structures.
She has acted for administrators, receivers, liquidators and secured creditors in complex external administrations, including matters involving contested deed of company arrangement (DOCA) proposals, validation of appointments, trust structures, and applications under the Corporations Act 2001 and Insolvency Practice Schedule (Corporations). Her practice also includes advising on refinancing transactions involving distressed debt and lender-driven strategies.
Prior to relocating to Australia, Yutong practised at Dentons in China, where she advised on cross-border commercial transactions and dispute resolution for multinational clients. She brings a global perspective to domestic restructuring matters and is fluent in Mandarin.
