Tim Colcutt

Tim’s practice is focussed on assisting his clients in solving corporate and commercial disputes and insolvency, restructuring and turnaround scenarios.

He primarily acts for directors and shareholders of private and publicly listed companies, business owners, insolvency practitioners, creditors and lenders in respect of a wide range of complex commercial matters and insolvency appointments.

Through his extensive experience with complex litigation and dispute resolution across various jurisdictions, coupled with his knowledge in insolvency, restructuring and turnaround matters, Tim is well placed to advise his clients on the most appropriate course to suit their needs.
